I’ve been in the HVAC industry since 2011, working in controls, service, and now technical support for VRF equipment. I started Madison Innovations to solve real problems that technicians encounter in the field.

I believe tools need to work right every time. If something does break, send me a picture and tell me how it failed. I'll replace it and use that info to improve future versions. The VRF and Ductless Pipe Things come with a lifetime warranty; electronic tools come with a 2-year warranty.
