There are two ways to select which test mode to use on AHUs with Reliatel controls. The most common method is to jumper the Test1 and Test2 terminals a specific number of times, but you can instead use specific resistor values to select the test mode.
The Reliatel Test Mode Thing (RTMT) exists to make this process much easier and to guarantee that the correct mode is selected, saving both time and effort on your service call.
Two strong bar magnets are located inside so the RTMT can be easily positioned within the cabinet. Simply connect jumper wires* to Test1 and Test2 and turn the dial to get the mode you want.
